How I spent my Sunday Funday! 12x 300 lbs tire flips, ran 4x100m sprints and 2x 200m sprints. Only had 2-3 min recovery in between. Ran each sprint at 75-100%. The best part was that I still got my track-n-field moves! Ran a faster time than I did in high school. My coaches would be proud.
